If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within a reasonable period after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Items must also include original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase. Due to the exclusive nature of limited drops, some sale items, custom products, or final clearance products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at deevo2u@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
